Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy:

 

Merchandise will only be accepted, repaired, or credited with an authorized RMA number!

To ensure that each customer receives effective and superior customer service and proper credit for returned merchandise, Banilla Games has instituted a mandatory RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy.

To process a warranty claim, advance replacement, return, or repair RMA, call our Banilla Games Team at +1(252) 329-7977 extension #2 for assistance. Contact the Support Team with each item’s reason for creating an RMA and the corresponding serial number. When applicable, provide a return shipping address as well. First, our Support Team will work to troubleshoot any issues over the phone, chat, or via remote Support. If the Support Team can’t resolve the problem, the serial number will help figure out the merchandise’s age, which will determine the type of RMA provided. We will need a return shipping address to finish processing the RMA.

1 to 30 Days:

  • An “Advance Replacement” sends out new merchandise immediately before receiving the old merchandise back.
    • Accounting will create an invoice against your account for the advance replacement. Once the faulty product has been received back, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.
      • No shipping fees will be charged while using ground shipping.
      • Return shipping is included. will be included inside the box of the new merchandise.

31 to 90 Days:

  • An “Advance Replacement” is unavailable
    • No customer charges.
    • The merchandise will be tested to determine if a replacement or repair must be conducted.
    • Return shipping is included

91 to 180 Days:

  • An “Advance Replacement” is unavailable
    • Some components will include charges when replaced.
    • Boards have a prorated fee for replacement.
      • These fees do not include hard drive replacement.
    • Return shipping is not included.

181+ Days:

  • An “Advance Replacement” is unavailable
    • Some components will have charges for replacement.
    • Boards will have a prorated fee for replacement. This fee is higher beyond 180 days.
      • These fees do not include hard drive replacement.
    • Return shipping is not included.
